These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Healing Unites. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. ABOUT MY PRODUCTS

My perfumes are handcrafted fragrance creations designed for personal, aromatic, and ritual use.

They are offered as sensory and spiritual tools inspired by Kundalini activation principles and energetic practices. However, they are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic products.

I make no claims that my products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition.


2. SPIRITUAL DISCLAIMER

Any references to energy, Kundalini activation, frequency, or spiritual experience are symbolic and intended for personal reflection and wellness practices only.

Individual experiences may vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own interpretation and use of the products.

3. PRODUCT SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing my products, you agree that:

  • Products are for external use only

  • You will avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, or sensitive areas

  • You will discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs

  • You are responsible for checking ingredient suitability for allergies or sensitivities

  • Products must be kept out of reach of children and pets

  • Full ingredient information is provided where required by law

4. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and confirmation.

I reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at my discretion

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or pricing errors

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed.

I reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier delays, customs clearance, or other external factors.

I am not responsible for delays outside my control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been dispatched.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to hygiene and safety regulations:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed perfumes are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • Only unopened items in original condition may be eligible for return where legally applicable

  • Returns must be requested within the legal cancellation period (where applicable by law)

  • Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

If an item is confirmed as faulty, I will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.

8. CANCELLATION RIGHTS (ONLINE ORDERS)

If you are purchasing from within the UK or applicable regions, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the item is unused and in original sealed packaging.

Once a product has been opened or used, the right to return may no longer apply due to hygiene reasons.
