As your facilitator, I move intuitively through the space, engaging with key chakra and meridian points to help unlock the flow of life-force energy within you. These gentle touchpoints, combined with carefully curated music, guide your brain into altered states — similar to lucid dreaming — where deep transformation becomes possible.

You may experience physical sensations, spontaneous movements, emotional release, or waves of insight. This is your body’s intelligence at work — shedding what no longer serves and restoring balance at the deepest level.

I have no previous experience with energy, can I still attend?

Who should not participate?

This practice may not be appropriate for individuals prone to mania, delusions or psychosis, as the process can heighten emotions and experiences. It is important to manage your emotions effectively between sessions. If these feelings become too intense, it may be advisable to take a brief pause.

Additionally, this practice is not recommended for women in the third trimester of pregnancy.

Preparation!

Please avoid alcohol and any substances for a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event—preferably for an even longer duration, if possible.

  • If feasible, consider abstaining from meat the evening before.

  • On the day of the session, please refrain from consuming food for three hours beforehand. Should you wish to snack, choose something light such as fruit, while avoiding dairy, meat, coffee, heavy foods, and sugar.

  • Dress in comfortable attire.

  • Take some time for personal reflection after the session to absorb and integrate the experience.
